Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Monument in Colorado is a really beautiful spot. The Canyon is really deep and so narrow its just amazing, in some of the viewpoints you cant even see the river running in it. I visited both rims and even though the southern is more touristic and more developed for visitors, I think the views were better from the north rim.

This road is only about 8 KM or so but it is really unique. Just south of the city of Kristiansund, on road #64 the Atlantic road begins with some really amazing roads just few meters above the water. This is a short drive but be sure to stop where possible and check out the curves on the road.

This small village is the last stop of the Bosphorus river boat ride and it is a really nice place, when you get there you will see many restaurants and ice cream shops but the best thing to do there is to climb uphill till you get to the castle ruins and you look over and just see the black sea in front of you and it is a really great view.

Make sure you have at least 5-6 hours for this park since it has many trails to walk on. This park has many waterfalls, some are small and some are really big. but the full entrance ticket which costs about 10 Euros and include the bus to the entrance (or back to the parking) and the boat rides inside the park. It is best to take the best to the highest entrance since then you will walk downhill most of the time instead of uphill, also the smaller falls are at the top and when you get to the lower lakes you will see bigger falls, after you take the boat ride to the other side, take the trail to the big waterfall. Keep in mind the the way back from the big waterfall to the entrance (where you take the bus back to the parking) is a walk uphill so save some energy for that.

In every fast food place on the rest areas across north America you can find near the door a stand with coupons book for the hotels and motels in the surrounding states. The coupons book offers some really nice discounts and good deals and beside each coupon there is a small map and address of the place so it is also really makes it easy to find a place to sleep at night.

The snow castle is located in the city of Kemi, which is an hour and a half train ride from Roveniemi, and it is the same place where the icebreaker tours are departing from so the best thing is to visit there after the icebreaker tour (in case you are going on this tour). There are lots of rooms and many other great stuff made of ice and it is really amazing.

This is a really unique park, it is located one hour away from mount Rushmore to the east, you drive in this park between colored hills and it looks like you are driving on the moon or something. The park itself is really small and after a few hours (of mostly driving and short walks and view points you will find yourself outside again.

At the Twillingate bay in Newfoundland, Canada you can take a short boat ride and get to see many icebergs just floating in the water of the bay. This is a really beautiful and amazing expirience. Icebergs arriving the bay around May-July so there are the months in which you can see them, take a boat ride for an hour or 2 and get as close as possible (they know how close you can get) – this is trully unique.
You can also see some icebergs from the small town of Twillingate.

Ok, this might sound stupid but all over the center of Istanbul you will see carts with Pretzels, but dont mistaken , these are the best I have ever tasted, it is also very cheap (like less than 50Cents) – Must try.

This is probably one of the most beautiful canyon (or slot canyon) you will ever see, since it is so unique. this is a very narrow canyon all walls were shaped by wind and you can actually see it on the amazing orange walls of the canyon. Around noon, when sun is just above, there are some great lightning for some photography opportunities.
Antelope Canyon is on the Navajo reservation / highway 98.
