This Castle is amazing, located only a few minutes drive from Salzburg, it is a really beautiful castle with nice gardens around it, but this is not the reason you should visit there, the fact is that this castle has some really great water tricks and water games in it – prepare to get wet (oh ye, and dont volenteer to sit and dine with the archbishop)

Schloss Hellbrunn - Asutria

Schloss Hellbrunn - Austria

This is a really interesting museum. nothing there but this huge well preserved viking ship which on 10 August 1628  set sail for the first time and sank right when leaving at the Stockholm harbor and was discovered in 1961.  As someone who doesn’t like museums so much I can defiantly say this one is interesting and well structured.

Vasa Museum - Sweden

This is probably the best activity I have experienced  in this area, you get a sled, one person gets to be the driver (best part) and the other is sitting below him on the sled,  they teach you a bit about how to drive it (well the dogs run but you have to use the breaks sometimes and to lean how to move your body in turns)  and then you go, into the snowy woods with the dogs running like crazy. This is not a scary task and almost anyone can do it.

Prices for this are not cheap.

Dog Sledding- Finland

On highway #89, you will see an unpaved dirt road right next to a small brown sign – so basically this is a really easy location to miss, but try not to .  Once driving this road you will get to a parking area and you will have to walk for  about a mile or so to get to the viewpoint you will then see  the Colorado river taking a sharp U turn right below where you are standing. When I was there the sun was not in the greatest angle for photo taking (see below) but still, it was amazing.

Horseshoe Bend - USA

Johnston Canyon, which is about 25 KM from Banff, is a really nice place to walk, the hike is very easy and takes about one hour so anyone can do it.  After about one Km you will  see the lower falls and another 1.5 Km will take you to the  upper falls and a weeping wall as well.
